Report Writing Training

Respond had two distinct reasons to call on the services of Contemporary. Firstly, they wanted to challenge and confirm the validity of the architecture of a new Respond software solution that enables organisations to analyse complaints and feedback data, and secondly, they wanted Contemporary to provide report writing skills to ultimately produce industry specific multiple report “packs” which form part of the final vertical market offering to their customers. 

Although Respond has been in the business of writing software applications for 15 years, they did not have the necessary skills readily available at the time and therefore employed Contemporary to reduce their time-to-market and ensure a high-quality product. 

Expertise in Business Intelligence

Contemporary provided consultants to work with Respond on-site, supplying skilled individuals to match the different requirements. Contemporary were able to utilise their extensive expertise in Business Intelligence to ensure that Respond had created the optimum solution for their customers needs. They were also able to create initial packs of reports to support the solution and ensure that Respond were fully skilled in amending and creating new reports.  

The end product, Respond Intelligence, is a powerful set of complaint and feedback analytical tools and reports that enable organisations to gain a better understanding of their customers’ feedback. Respond were able to bring it to market quickly and sure in the knowledge that the architecture was optimal and future proofed.
