david whitehead David Whitehead, Chairman & Managing Director

David's entrepreneurial instincts and business acumen have ensured that the Contemporary's technical leadership has been supported by a professional organisation. Having started his IT career as a mainframe programmer David rapidly moved into management holding a number of senior positions in software houses before starting one of the UK's first micro computer businesses in 1979 leading to the establishment of Contemporary in 1992.

Robert is a founder member of Contemporary plc and has been in the industry for over 20 years. His knowledge and experience has enabled him to focus on key areas of Contemporary as the company has grown. Robert has responsibility for Contemporary Software, which focuses on the implementation of software solutions into Corporate accounts, providing developers and businesses with advanced software technologies, complementing Contemporary plc's main BI focus.

As Professional Services Director Andy has direct responsibility for all technical work delivered by Contemporary people. From Helpdesk through to Training and Consulting Andy is responsible for recruiting, developing and retaining our most important asset; our people. Andy has worked in the Business Intelligence sector for over 10 years and has worked with a variety of clients across many industry sectors. These experiences are invaluable when defining and describing Contemporary's Business Intelligence solutions to existing and prospective clients.

graham brammallGraham Brammall, Sales Manager

Graham brings to Contemporary over 14 years experience of the Business Intelligence marketplace. During this time he has worked with a large number of blue chip customers, across a wide variety of sectors, to help define the value that superior information delivery can bring to an organisation. Prior to joining Contemporary, Graham gained high value enterprise selling experience with a large American Enterprise Asset Management solutions provider. This time in a highly structured sales environment added to his previous experience, in both technical and commercial roles, at The Olympic Group, Cap Gemini Sogeti and the Hoskyns Group.

A key member of the management team, Jon has worked with Contemporary since 1996 and ensures the smooth running of the accounts department.
